Flatbed frame is good. Had to try two shops since the first shop was two fixated on the body damage and wouldn't forget about it long enough to look at the frame  Second shop kept annoying me saying the truck was totaled. It's been underwater, repoed, used as a ranch truck, and all kinds of terrible things. Just asked them to please just tell me if my frame was good. Eventually they calmed down and started looking at things.

They ruined my alignment completely and put the toe all the way out. Couldn't even drive home with that sloppy steering rack and it was 5pm so I had someone pick me up. Guess I'll be paying for an alignment to not ruin the mud terrains on the drive back. And I'm on the hunt for a core support/fender aprons or a new body.

I was looking forward to actually going somewhere this summer. Would've been wild cruising back with no bed and zip tied 4Runner taillights.

Might just go do a "driveway alignment" in their parking lot while they're closed tomorrow. I got pretty dang close when I was putting the new front diff, UCAs, LCAs, and upper/lower ball joints on.

I wish the hub flange studs had this type of an end. Then I could take a star pattern socket and just back out the stud after removing the nut leaving the cone washer in place.

Couple of other words of advice. Since you are an extracab, remember that you will need seats that easily fold forward, so probably from a 2 door or convertible. Also be aware of the electronics, mine were an absolute PITA, as their memory function tied back to the main computer somehow. This doesn't necessarily apply to all makes and models. Also be aware of the range of motion forward and back, so that you don't waste any of the range, ie going back too far, or too far forward. Ideally, get the pigtails from the donor vehicle. Hope this helps, and best of luck!!
