They’re not proprietary bits, but they’re very uncommon bits that no one use in order to discourage 3rd party repair.

The screws on an iPhone are Torx, believe it or not. But it’s Macro-Torx.

Ooooo dolmar is good, though I wasn't a dealer for them so I've got minimal experience. Someone who's been a round the block a time or two I'm fully confident you'd be able to see a whooped saw :D:thumbsup:

But if youve got one of those cheap phone hook up scopes and you're ever looking in the used market for anything 2 stroke, pull the plug (if they don't have a plug wrench bring a 3/4 deep socket... 80% of shit I've worked is that size and if it's burnt bring a wsr6f Bosch spark plug) and check the bore. Other than stale gas, the number one killer of yard equipment is Harry homeowner that fucks up the oil/gas mix.:annoyed:

Alot of shit I've scrapped on customers behalf do to their negligence... even with dealer pricing almost all homeowner grade units are pointless to repair. FS55R is 199 new and it would cost me 156 for a jug and new piston. Plus gaskets (or high temp permatex most the time on the clamshell). Lame cause I hate throwing stuff away :angrygirl:

Speaking of 2 stroke @Empty_Lord were you ever able to find the recoil cover on that ol McCullough of yours?

But a bumper was already multi purpose. Bump into cars, recovery point, mowing down protestors and killing dinner
