I feel your pain, though. it sucks to be left out by people you're cool with, especially in an office that size.

I was pretty bitter when I left my last job at an office of 20 people. Someone left the week before me and got a going away card and a happy hour party.

I didn't even get a good bye. Instead a product manager asked me on my last full day if I could do a project which entailed months worth of work before I left. I looked at it and told him no, no I could not.

    Everything but the driveshaft. B03A - 410
Meanwhile, I made an appointment with my paint and body guy to get the lower trim area painted to be LC light bronze. Getting the rear tailgate painted too.

    Similar to this pic.

I have a set of black mirrors from a black part out that I will install after they are painted a satin black. I would rather have black mirrors that match the rest of the trim. I'm heading for this look with a larger front bumper.

I can forgive them.. they probably have legit business things they're talking about that I shouldn't be privy to. We've had our hours cut with this covid stuff happening and I'm fairly certain they're going to cut our hours even further :(

Thankful to still have a job at least

definitely a tough situation, especially at a smaller company. How have you done with cut hours?

I did say that. And I had approached my manager with several concerns that he dismissed entirely.

New situation is much, much better. Good that I was not unhappy commuting 1hr15 + each way before covid for the management, team, and environment

Okay I guess. Thankfully WA has a "work share" program that is like unemployment... so long as you work 20hrs a week the state will pay you 60% of your wages for the remaining 20. And also thankful that I've matured enough in my old age to no longer waste all my money on BS

Having a monthly budget is boring but safe
