    Fuel filter o ring on the 6.7l failed and is letting it pull air into the system.

    Hadn't considered it but I may have gotten counterfeit Motorcraft fuel filters from Amazon. One of the things about the set I just bought locally is that the o ring comes oiled in a bag where the Amazon one did not.
