2 snakes, but they're at the other house.

Been wanting to get a medium/big one for the apartment...that'll be when I drive up north and maybe grab those OEM shocks from @Sperrunner

    A quality breed/morph runs over +$400

Did you pay attention to the second to last one?

The fangs on the tarantula are so big, that it punctured through the full sized roach and picked up some substrate

And yes, that roach is also bleeding out from its mouth.

Naw, just a badass shop that specializes in exotics.

Their tarantula's are also top notch and they always have old worlds.

They've got monitors that are huge, run over $5k I was like holy fuck

Well, how tarantulas are not at all aggressive.

They are only defensive seeing as how everything to them is either food, or being food to something else.

Many species of tarantulas live up to 15 years old (females) and up to 5 or so (males).

New worlds use urticating hairs to ward off predators, though tarantulas each have their own personality and could possibly strike if threatened. Here's my new world for instance -

    20200412_132910.jpg

That is one of the two times he's ever taken a defensive posture towards me.

They don't often bite because their venom isn't as potent as an old world.

Old world tarantulas don't have the hairs to shed to ward off predators but instead, are more willing to bite. Because of that, many species have medically significant venom.

Here you can see the many occasions Mini Me chooses to square up with me, he gets pissed off real fucking easy -

And yes, this tarantula has medically significant venom and I am very much afraid of getting tagged by it

Hell, even my M. Balfouri one day got pissed, but for the most part, is a calm one. She too is an old world -

For the most part, she likes living underground until she matures -

Parked the Tesla outside for maybe 4 hours to work on assembling my parts washer and engine stand. When I go to pull it back inside, I find it covered in ash from all the wildfires. You can smell it pretty strongly in the air.

I had to do this to get my truck drivable. The broken CV separated and the part in the diff is still there in the diff. I cut the shaft for the bit where it goes to the tire and put it back in. Just to keep the wheel bearing safe.
