Most apps allow you to download it to listen while offline.

Yes it comes at a cost per month, but you can get Spotify for like $5/month just for being a student.

Apps like Spotify dont work for me. I like to own the music. If I spend $30 a year on songs thats a lot for me. $5 a month to listen to music that I already have purchased in another format? No thanks.

Downloading everything from Google to my computer as an MP3 file format allows me to store music on a flash drive or micro SD if need be. And I can upload it to another streaming app thats free.

Wiped the seats down with some leather cleaner stuff. I'm digging how these are coming out. Hopefully get the other backrest done tomorrow. It's a little harder with the arm rest.

No you're right, that makes sense.

For 98% the rest of us, we pay for the convenience of just streaming what we want to listen to.

Really, we pay a lot for many things we can get done ourselves; its the convenience of not having to do it.

I still buy CDs for the same reason. Ally mp3s on my phone, no data required. But I do have a 128gb sd card.

Yup. $5 a month is $60 a year to listen to music o_O. It makes far more sense to me to have a massive collection of CD's that I buy from the used book/music store and rip em all to my computer, and only pay for it once.

Ill have to check that out. I would like to get away from using data to listen to music from a cloud. I have a spot for an SD card on my phone too.

It's pretty easy. I just have them all in a folder by artist/album, then I point foobar2000 at the folder.

Most of mine are tagged correctly, which helps, but isn't entirely necessary.
