So many times I've been tempted to poop where I eat, but nope can't do it. There's been many a time where that I wished that I did.

Not 'a lot', ALL. Dump that thing on CL.

AFE has a cone style line up and perhaps he could just swap the filter itself - I don't know. If it were me, I'd go back to the stock airbox and just replace the filter.
Stock airbox is more 'cold' that that open engine compartment cone, just my opinion of course. :pccoffee:

I know the K&N offers no benefit, even being detrimental to the engine.

I don’t care. The only reason I have it is because I like how it sounds. That’s it. I can’t do the deck plate mod either because I’d fail SMOG.

Either get a dry filter or possibly clean the re oil and run a pre filter

@BartMaster1234 so after some research it seems that afe doesn’t make a pre made filter to fit a k&n. But you can have afe make one for you, but they dont have a cone in dry pro to build the right size so it has to be a cylinder.

Thats why you should always run a skid.
Or all pro bumper. The all pros all drop down below the radiator, thats why they require their own special skids

Can anyone confirm that it DOESNT belong to a 22re or similar model, my father had so many 22re trucks I was wondering if it was a part for a 22re Toyota pickup
