Another boring day at work so far.


I need to finish that crossmember tonight. Add some gussets, and mount it to the frame. Frame will get sleeved and I’m using 3/4” bolts to mount the crossmember. And it’s teice the thickness it was. Should be pretty solid. I also need to add some beef to the skid plate itself so it doesn’t bend. Even though it’s 1/4”, I think adding some gussets to t will be helpful.

That's the bonus of rock sliders, you won't get door dings between the front and back wheels.

IDK, never really measured this time. It's less than most, I like to sit kinda low. 2.25" in the front most likely and 3.25 in the rear when loaded. But it's also on 33s so that raises it up a bit too.

i want sliders made of rubber so it just slams the persons door back shut.

i didnt measure mine but i will when i put my new suspension on.

 

My truck has plenty of dents anyway so no biggie really. Only been hit once that really messed it up noticably and the dude handed me $300 on the spot to not report it. I suction cupped it later in like 10mins.

 

Just stay in Oregon and Washington.
