No airlines to worry about, and LSD in a front diff is actually dumb

Im almost sure I'm getting a true track in the front of my 4 runner, I'm going to buy and have it modified by ecgs than installed by zuk

I've read enough first hand accounts of it being fine

Bummer, the fronts have been proven to be horrendously short, they lack more than an inch of shock travel over all other brands even in extended form. That's over 2.5" of wheel travel

    King extended front 2.5s

    King rear 2.5s w/reservoir

The 906 springs will net a humble 2" lift in the rear which means I get to lay off some of the preload up front since they're set for 2.5" of lift.

I just think it's funny you'll pay to have that installed.

    What that I'm cheap?

or that it's easy cause I'm debating that too, thing is I'd need to press bearings onto the new carrier and I don't have a press

Personally I'd return the fronts. They're very short and on mid travel there isn't much to spare. We compared them to ADS and Icon shocks, the King extended were shorter than Icon standards even haha

No air lines, no on-board air requirement, and no seals that need replacing.

Pressing is the easy part, but I'd love to see you do the rest of it, you'll spend a lot just gathering the tools to create this abortion.

Oh I feel for you man...
Once you really learn what they are you'll never be the same. My dad says 'yeah right look at me, I'm not a nut about them'. And I said 'then it's obvious you didn't truly learn what your Cruiser is'. :D

ADS had been on my mind from time to time, but the Kings I've had brand new in box for a long time now.

I bought them for the Tacoma since I had purchased my Fox 2.5 in regular travel length.

I'll use the Kings for what they're worth and decide later if I need to change anything after putting it through its paces.

I kept asking "what else should I do" and really...I just need to put it together and run it through things. Still have another $3-4k in the 4R Toy Budget.

There's a couple of tools, and you have to get really creative to make it work on the front since it has to be measured with the clam bolted together, and each trial it'll have to come apart and have more or less shims pressed on
