Is it just me or are all of the new 2019 3rd Jen colors hideous? Voodoo blue looked good on an FJ, Taco not so much. They ditched inferno and blazing blue pearl. All the base colors (atleast distributed by Southeastern Toyota) are all variations of black and white. No 4cyl manual either...or a manual in anything other than a TRD sport and higher packages. They seem to want to kill off all trucks with MSRP's less than $30,000. Me thinks the Ranger will take a lot of sales away from Toyota when its released.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Inferno is kinda lame, glad they nixed it, looks like washed out red. Almost like the whole truck came with a bad Maaco paintjob

Here we go again, one of the five people chimes in that they want a 4 cylinder manual. The Ranger no doubt will steal some sales, but they're not offering a manual either. The rear disc brakes are standard. The 3rd Jenners can cry all they want, but at first glance the Ranger looks pretty damn good. With that said I don't think it would stop me from buying a 3rd Jen even if the Ranger is the better truck. This is coming from a guy that also has an F150 with the Coyote which has been a flawless truck over the last 100k.

The only time I’ve helped cook is when we camp. (Not really)

So now I get camping food at home.

Something about the 2tr-fe paired with a 5 speed in an access cab. I always felt that was a staple combo for a Taco. Hell, its what I drive now, with the 3rz. Good mileage, no BS reliability.

Its getting there. Got in the pool today for the first workout and swim in like 2 weeks. Surf is gonna be picking up throughout this week so trying to get back in shape so I dont get paddled around. Got about two more days. And then I think it will be good to go.

Bummed I missed my 2k mile trip this week due to life and another busted coolant hose and a sick cat. Really the sick cat. I dont wanna put my cat down, hope she gets better. Thats two trips canceled in a months time.

Gonna hit up big bear tomorrow. @eon_blue if you wanna run gold mtn for the upteenth time, gonna run it tomorrow.

for sure! I'm headed up there with @oni06, be great to meet up with you too. We were originally planning on trying out Heartbreak Ridge, but I'm always up for doing Gold Mountain. Gold is actualy a pretty short trail (2 hours or less, unless there's a lot of traffic) so could always do another one afterward. What time were you thinking about hitting the trail?

Sorry to hear about your cat, hope everything works out ok. My dude Harley is awesome, don't know what I'd do without him.
