I've done a mod or two
Also, this is only true of the single diaphragm booster and master combo, the early double diaphragm, master, and pedal box are different

Well you know what I meant. 01-04 tacos and all the 1st gen tundras share the same booster and master.

What are your thoughts on leaving the dual diaphragm booster and just slapping an 80 series Master on. seems like the disc brakes are about the same size between the two in the rear. And 80 series front discs are somewhere in between stock taco and stock Tundra calipers.

It's the cheapest option to generate the same results. I'll give it a shot and if it doesn't work then I guess I have a spare master cylinder for my 80 haha

Or tell the wife you have to buy a welder and learn to fab so you can fix the bad welds

It looks bad right now, but those are loose.that plate will give as you crank it down, should sort itself out fine and look and function properly.

I thought ARB was suppose to be good.
Just goes to show once a name starts getting to bug its standards in quality drop.

I'll try tightening it up. The worst that can happen is it will break off. Which I wouldn't mind.

Well, it stripped off. So I have enough bolt left to get another bolt to put behind it. Back to Ace Hardware.

Nice  although Chrysler changed interiors and updated the engine and drivetrain, that body style of dodge van remained mostly unchanged for 32 years. Pathfinder Equipment was the go to company in the 80s that did 4x4 conversion to chevys and dodges. They did fords as well but Quigley was the company that did the best Ford conversions
