Fuck those roommates. Really sucks.

I always try and be cool about it too. I tell them what things are fair game like condiments and to let me know if they kill it so I can buy more. Doesn't seem to make a difference

 

Wouldn't matter it would still disappear, one would blame the other and no one would ever admit it

That and the constantly dirty kitchen/house in general was why I finally got my own pad before my wife and I met and moved in together. Was a tiny little back house maybe only a few hundred square feet, but I was finally free of roommate BS lol.

shit roommates, really, really suck. I've played that game several times before. I had 3 roommates my junior-senior year of college and everyone was always blaming someone else. Turns out everyone sucks except for me


my good roommate now is pretty awesome about things. I'll drink a beer or two of his while he's out and tell him when he gets back and he'll say "OK". And i'll buy him another six pack next time I'm out. Or vice versa. He'll tell me he broke something and ask if it's ok to do X to fix it. Boom. No problem.


There was a woodpecker getting at the roof. he offered to go up and put up flash tape etc if I bought a ladder. EZPZ. Done. He's gone up at least twice more after to re put up the tape.

 

I've never really had a bad roommate... Fairly clean, not super noisy, maybe I'm just lucky. Or easy going.
