Damn that's rough my dude, sorry about that. Diet plays much more of a role in body habitus than does regular exercise. U got time rn if u ain't gyming to fine hone in those dieting skills. No diet is a all in one treatment. Try untill u see what works for u

How u dig the yoga? Heard good things about it but haven't tried it myself. I'm too much of a spazz but am interested to hear personal feedback on it

:( bed would still be cool to custom build a trailer frame for. But I have no way to pick it up now. Wish people would just be honest when they don’t want to sell me something.

Also odd that someone just bought the frame. It was built off a cut Taco frame.

Try doing intermittent fasting instead. Less worry about calorie intake that way. You just have a specific eating window.

Cutting carbs was the one thing that really got me leaned out back when I dropped weight. I wasn't really overweight but went from 220 down to about 175 and didn't change much of anything except cutting out pasta, bread and other carbs while still working out regularly (weight lifting...cardio has never been my thing). Protein shake before/after workout and lean meats for meals. I was also in my mid 20s so I'm sure my metabolism was still in high gear.

I honestly don't know how I maintain my 185 weight these days, I drink beer and don't care about carb intake much anymore lol. I just don't eat a whole lot when I do I guess. My dad always gives me crap for it when we go out for dinner, I usually take half of it home for the next day. Easy lunch

I don't know why the term 'tasteful mods' irks me so much but it really does

I dunno it just sounds uptight to me, like someone calling their mods 'tasteful mods' implies they are complimenting their own superior taste in things. I imagine they probably cup their own farts to smell them since those are probably tasteful too

What is the basis for tasteful?

    Taco-bell esque mods?
    Cheesecake Factory?

I wouldn't rank either of those very far apart from one another lol

Tasteful is one of those words that the more you say it, the more ridiculously meaningless it sounds. Kinda like the word tadpole

I dunno, I go to Taco Bell not really expecting much except a guilt laden meal full of grease and salt. I hold sit down restaurants to a higher standard lol. I've only been to Cheesecake Factory a few times but was never all that impressed with it. I actually don't think I've ever had their cheesecake though

I think taco bell is the moped of fast food. Evreyone talks shit about it, but most people secretly like it. Taco bell is good and has never given me the shits. Cheesecake factory is meh, BUT I worked with a guy who used to be a chef there and he said they make everything from scratch, including the ranch dressing. The only thing not made there and that comes pre packaged is the cheesecakes.

So far ive found 260 shipped.

Taco bell is the only fast food that after eating I don't feel like complete shit.

I just ended up ordering both sides from conicelli toyota, Idk what it is but there prices always seem better than camelback, and they ship USPS too.

Camelback restructured or something and their prices are bad now. Conicelli shipping kills but LaGrange is the perfect balance. For my location at least.
