holy shit man, that's crazy. When my wife got sick, I went off to use my wag bag, when I got back she had a pile of pink goo at her feet and looked like a ghost. Before then we were all doing fine, slow, but fine. She tried to tell us to keep going and take the summit, but splitting up isn't worth it.

Back in the day wife and I did White Mountain (~14,200' - 3rd highest peak). I was the expert climbing/outdoor guide, and I'm the one who got sick. Scared the shit out of my wife. We summited, then on the way down, I was having a harder time going downhill than I was going up to the summit. We got to a small saddle and I just sat down - that up hill might as well have been a 100' cliff.

I sat for what I thought was like 5 or 10 minutes to rest (turned out to be over an hour). My wife finally shamed me into getting up and moving again and as I was walking I just started bawling - like a 3 your old who's balloon popped - crying. I'm not much of a crier (though I'll admit I teared up watching Coco with my daughter the other night), so that was pretty out of character. My wife thought I had lost my inner monologue because I was talking to myself. Freaked her out something fierce.

As we keep descending, I was coming back to normal and started cracking jokes at my own expense, etc... By the end I just had a raging headache.

    Wasn’t really expecting that.

Private security can be a really good paying gig if you get in with the right company, or at least build some experience with one then take it to another.

I've been to the coast/dunes a handful of times, but I always go crazy afterwards at a self serve car wash, spray the whole undercarage and douche the frame really good

Just got back from test driving, made a noise for the first couple miles but it went away so I think I just got some crap in my brakes. Seems to flex a little better with no sway bar (will lift a rear tire and keep going with the rear unlocked) and rides wayyy better over potholes and such. Doesn't seem to handle much worse IMO when going around corners, definitely feel it when intentionally swerving back and for though

My garage has my Avalon. My mother’s Ford Flex, my 01 tacoma. And the frame. Impressive for a 3 car garage.

@BartMaster1234 you refinished your front diff didn’t you? If so did you disassemble it or no.. I need to remove all the rust from mine and repaint it. It’ll be the only original part aside from my sway bar for the front suspension. Lol

I got lucky and a local self serve carwash that is owned by a little family enjoys when I destroy one of their bays with my truck. They just love looking at the Taco haha
