Can you do that in Lightroom or do you need photoshop?

 

You can have lightroom automate it as a copyright watermark, I'd also add the white drop shadow to have the thin features at the bottom be legible. You should be able to do the background removal in PS in a couple mins

Did you set the drop shadow setting? What exactly are you trying to achieve?

oh okay, well your logo has changed a bit, I can do that with the one you have but to read the outfitter portion i need to make it bolder cause sized down its too thin
