That’s slightly hilarious just picturing that if he tried to flee. Just picturing the headlines now:

Looking at that 300zx I posted the other day at 6pm. Hopefully she's good, I'm eager for one.

Why does one need 3 vehicles? Or is there something you’re not telling us.

I mean, I have three vehicles.

Two of them sit unused in my driveway.

If you’d get a battery for the one I bet you’d drive it.

    Maybe

They both have batteries. Civic is disconnected because there's some weird parasitic draw and die after 1-2 days. 5-Lug I keep connected 24/7 and it can go weeks without starting it and the battery will still have a charge

My buddy just brought up a point, has anybody ever totaled a truck with no sway bar on it? He said he could picture insurance throwing a fit if they realized

    Absolutely.

Bikes, while not motor vehicles, are governed under the motor vehicle code. It will also go on your driving record accordingly.

Also, seeing as how you can get sited for being intoxicated without any vehicle whatsoever ("public intoxication"), you can absolutely be sited for it.

Most LEOs don't enforce it as a matter of practice because they have bigger fish to fry.

Being on a college campus, I'm willing to bet if it's anything like UC Davis was (is), the campus cops don't generally have bigger fish to fry, so they'll look for you and site you for a BUI (biking under the influence).

Fun (unrelated) fact: If you get sited for a DUI while on an OHV, that also goes on your driving record. Funny how many people were surprised of that when my brother was handcuffing them, lol

I was thinking of the Merc and the Civic. Forgot about the 5 lug
They told me to come back tomorrow cause they scheduled me at closing time (weird). I think I’ll pass.
