They do that on purpose so kids don't crush them up and snort them, even though they still do

LOL I imagine that's also part of the reason

If I get the 200mg ones I'll bite them in half and take 100mg....200mg of caffeine at once is too much even for my tolerance. God forbid you take one on an empty stomach, talk about shake city

But yeah I take them too before the gym, cheaper and probably better for you than whatever the hell is in those pre-workout drinks

I had a friend in college that snorted a shot of Everclear with a straw out of the glass, that was all kinds of funny and sad to watch

Oh yeah he remembers the pain, he started throwing up pretty much right away probably mostly from the pain alone.

From what I learned when my roommate and I rebuilt an 2003 3500 was that the 03-04 years had two standard output specs for Cali (235hp/460lb.ft) and the US spec (250hp/460lb.ft). Then the HO version (305hp/555lb.ft) was available first in 03 with just the NV5600 trans and then from 03.5-04 it was available with the 48RE auto as well. Then in 04.5 the power got bumped up even higher than the HO and was 50 state legal. Ours was an 03 SO non-cali 3500 2WD with the 47RE auto. Which might explain why this truck had been through 3 transmissions at 180K o_O

We got it for $1000 with a hole in the block so maybe it was just poor maintenance under the 1st owner. 2nd owner put $6k into it a month or two before we got it.

more so the 4 bangers but yeah they all get that. shtty that more people dont warn and push the agenda of getting them checked. I replaced my head and HG at 125k miles from it, $3k later lol. My valves were good tho, assuming PO mustve overheated my truck

Heh I asked at the dealer about checking my valves. They had no idea and said they don't usually check them unless they start making noise.

Only possible out is they mistook my 2000 for a newer one, but still...

That's what I did with the Camry, it leaked a bit before... After synthetic it pissed quarts from everywhere

I ran it dry a couple times before deciding to reseal everything... The oil pump was scored to shit and I'm sure the mains/rods arnt any better but it doesn't knock when running so there's that
