I've got one of these -

    20190828_194043.jpg

Big enough for two people to get proper shade as one side rolls down.

Todd has a much larger one that he brought to Moab and it was perfect to cook and eat under.

Since it'll just be my girl and I and our dog, an awning off the truck will suffice for a lot of stuff.

    Ok

Wasn't sure if it's an online thing where a rep has to be signed in, or if they simply never sold anything on Guidefitter's before and they're getting shit set up.

Just a place to empty the wallet :pout:

Here's a few 270° options that were recommended from a GX thread here on TW...

Yeah I can't find myself using one of those much

Keeping the width limited to 6'-6.5' as well.

I'll just order the Smittybilt now then; wasn't sure if there was a better quality option out there before going with those large 270 degree platforms.

I think what I like most about the options posted is that they don't need poles for the majority of use...

Hmm so I jacked up the truck and didn't feel any play in the spindle/UBJ, but when I push the top of the tire in/out there is significant play on the passenger side where you can see the whole UCA shift. Driver's side it does a little but not much

Movement doesn't seem isolated to to the upper ball joint, seems like something else but not sure what. UCA bushings maybe?

Yeah thats what I was afraid of, if I have to take these SPCs off I'm tempted to just put on JBAs instead. Or get the newer SPCs with the forged arms and X axis bushings.

I guess that probably solves the mystery of my steering clunk lately.

I almost forgot how much fun it is to bleed rusty old brake systems.

Just the 12 o clock position when I push it in, whole UCA shifts.

Not the wheel bearing if that's what you're getting that, the one on that side is still pretty new (that's the side that nearly failed on my way up to my wedding cause I cross threaded the axle nut).

Its a UCA bushing issue most likely

In a world where money is no object maybe... Even then I probably wouldn't. LT just means more things broken more often
