Expensive. $25 per person regardless if you're driving or not

I just...I dunno. It's not so much the idea of someone making money off it, it's the idea that if it's privately owned land then it's probably not very big. Food trucks and toilets? Seems like you can't just go and get lost in the wilderness in a privately owned offroad park. Not that I ever want to get 'lost' but you know what I mean.

At least the state run OHV parks out here are still on a lot of land. Although some of them are pretty lame. But we have all the accessible forest service roads and BLM land to make up for it.

    I guess I can't say much, I don't offroad, just forest road.

    Fuuuck that

even the state run OHV parks out here only cost $5-10 to get in, and that's just to help cover the cost of the rangers that run it.

Although most of the OHV areas at least where I'm at are free.

I prefer the west coast offroad trails for sure. I'd love to drive across death valley and camp as well. Sounds like fun to me.

Get out of town, me too!

And I never let air out of my tires.. I only go wheeling when the tires deflate themselves down to less than 20psi because of how old they are:anonymous:

I'll get new tires when I upgrade the suspension. So next year probably?

@Running Board Man , CA has 15 million acres of federal land that is offroad friendly for the most part. Not including designated OHV areas and state run parks.
