Seriously, probably better it went off when it did and just took him out rather than taking out his whole family during the actual reveal.

Yea for about a decade I was a power equipment parts/sales/service guy. I am most familiar with Honda power equipment, Stihl and Husqvarna. Also engines I'm familiar with are kawasaki power equipment, Kohler,, and Briggs and Stratton.. But throughout the various shops I worked at plus when I ran my own business I've worked on almost all brands

Yes that's a zama. Your model and spec code are C1S-K1B the rebuild kit you need is part number RB-6

Here's a breakdown of the carb

I've been working with power equipment for most of my life in one way or another and I've always ended up being the electrical repair guy on the equipment.. my last job, we'll call it W, was manufacturing concrete cutting equipment. W has a 480V hydraulic power-packed and the control panel is built by my full time job, we'll call that M. Before I started working here at M, M's lead time was too long so W bought the parts and and I built it there. The supervisor at M came by to inspect the panel for cya reasons and was so impressed with my build he offered me a part time job.

Now I'm at M full time and work for W part time

That was the most common phone call I fielded. All equipment gets the fuel valve shut off when transported from shop back to customer (reduces chance of flooding the carb with road vibration)

I get a call asking why it won't start... most didn't even know their lawnmower had a shutoff valve lol

Nice!! It’s always the connections huh.

My neighbor was the foreman at the FedEx warehouse they were building and saw me welding in the driveway. He offered me a job as one of the head maintenance techs over there. Couldn’t take it because I wasn’t 18 yet.

It absolutely has always been the connections.

It's a good thing you weren't 18 that would've been a serious baptism by fire kinda job, they have HEAVY expectations on maintenance personnel
