Too damn true, it also helps that my hand drawn wiring diagrams look like this.

This was for a engine harness I used to build for W20210226_130047.jpg

Pay no attention to the coffee stain... im a very messy person

I love a good wiring diagram. coffee stain makes it look authentic.

Whats fun is seeing how many people do the little jump where wires aren't connected, and the people who just put a dot where they DO connect. I've met people some pretty strong opinions on that difference

With no job I might fix the flatbed. All the parts are on a shelf. Besides AC stuff.

Ever looked at the wind turbine maintenance business? It was hopping last time I talked to someone in it and you're in the right part of TX. There's even a training school at TSTC in Sweetwater.

You're just trying to make both camps mad

I just do dots, the jumps are too hard to draw, and all the plan sets I deal with don't have them. But I'm not religious about it.

Here's the one I drew for my OEM power door retrofit.

I know, I didn't draw the waves where the wires intersect. I did in class when I was 16.

Saw a notification on my phone screen earlier that my 1 year old daughter was apparently scheduled to push a car in 2 min, I texted my wife asking what the heck that was about

Color. I like it. All of our wires and drawings are black, except for changes.

That yellow one though. Tsk tsk.

    You're right ... I do enjoy stirring up trouble:stirthepot:

I was taught originally that the dot is good enough but I like the look of the jumps to break up the monotony of all the straight lines. Major pain in the ass for larger drawings though
