    Then slap that old needle in and give it a test fire. Or wait till tomorrow. If you can't feel a ridge with your finger then the chance of it leaking past is very low. Double checking if you see a ridge will tell you if it'll wear out sooner rather than later. Regardless it was still subject to the old nasty gas so it's smart to change it.

    But my own personal experience says you're good for next season if you need it

    @Empty_Lord

    does Toyota sell the “big 3” wiring harness for the 3.4?

    I think I’ve found is the 2.7

    I also don’t really know what I’m looking for

    Used this outfit when building my RTMR. Excellent vendor, quality products. Could use them for wiring.

    This will at least give you some ideas. Easy enough to do your own 'kit'

    @JKO1998 I don't know why your Google skills failed you, there's alot of write ups on TW even

    1.battery (+) to alternator main power wire
    2. battery (-) to frame ground
    3. engine block to body ground (located on the back of the motor between the firewall and the block)

    But no accepted lengths as far as I see

    Well at least now you know what I need. For the 2.7 I gotta make the engine to body cable long for proper slack given its closeness. Account for slack

    If just replacing the battery terminal ends is an option I’ll probably just do that till some makes me a harness.

    my positive end is messed

    Such a tough call to make... if the monies that good I'd suck it up for awhile. But that usually only lasts 2 years for me, tops

    I planned on ordering and including top post battery terminals at the ends of my cables because then I can verify their amp rating from a reputable source. I'm sure the Toyotas are fine but if I can get dealer cost (not sure what that is yet) why the hell not?
