I’ve come to trust my ugga-duggas as long as my batteries are fully charged. But that came with experience too. I used to use the impact and follow with a torque wrench until I knew how to “feel” the torque of my impact. If I had to use someone else’s tools, I’d want to double check with a torque wrench.

    Not going to lie.

A lot of things don’t get the torque wrench at the dealer. I use it a fair bit. But I’m anal. Some guys don’t even own a torque wrench and that scares me.

I’m anal about what I’d consider “critical” fasteners- things that could kill you if they failed at speed. I use copious thread locker (blue) and have a lot of my hardware changed to nylocks. For customer trucks, they get loctite and paint pen for visual checks.

I have electric and air. Sometimes air is just superior for consistency since I’d be swapping batteries constantly.

FB buyer showed up with $70 instead of $75. Fuck it, I'll take $70 since he's here and I just want this shit gone. Dick move but whatever. Jokingly told him to send me a Christmas card and he was like you like tequila? I'm going home to Mexico for Christmas and I'll send you one.

I'm gonna fucking LOL if I get a tequila shooter in the mail a year from now.
