Got the moderna vaccine shot yesterday.

Nurse said I might not even feel anything considering I didn't feel anything with COVID.

    So that's cool.

What's funny is, I was able to get it in my fiance's County, with her help, with no appointment or anyting. Got in, shared my information, and 10 minutes later I got my shot

Yet I registered with the VA sometime back and still never got a call or anything. :jerkoff:

He said stop yelling at him, geez!

I don't understand what goes through people's heads when they read responses over the internet... don't people understand that the "tone of voice" is the one they are creating when they read it?

Lol holy shit, did I not actually address his concern though?

Then if you read his post, he veers off subject with items that weren't even relevant to the thread.

I'll probably have a mod called on me like the other guy.

Don't you know new ball joints on one side could cause his boots to fail?! How dare you suggest he needs to adjust preload to change CV angle /s

I instantly knew to keep my mouth shut as soon as he said he replaced "one" balljoint

See I didn't even catch that part, he just veered off subject so I figured he was a lost cause.

LOL. I bought a V6 car once that had 4 different kinds of spark plugs. I think one was meant for a lawnmower. Don't cha know that one had a great service history.

Once I started caring for it, it turned about to be great engine.

Yeah the flame comes on, you can hear the pilot light/flame ignite..then their air comes for a few seconds and then just shuts off. Starts up again and the same thing, over and over

The weird thing is, at some point last night it decided to work and has been acting fine all morning until we turned it off. But something is definitely going on

I suspect flame sensor as well or maybe the blower motor like you said, we've had air filters turn completely black in less than 2 weeks ever since the fires we had nearby last summer. Every time the wind picks up it blows all the ash off the mountains all over the town

Only ever bought the brake best for a busted ass civic, and they most certainly weren't Bosch. But most likely they go with the cheapest provider for each model so maybe the taco ones are.

O in my neck of the woods is good for specialty items like Toyota 3.4L injector pig tails. I can get that type of thing from them in roughly 4 hours if not in stock.

Their Import Direct CV axles (Trackmotive) work well on lowered Maximas that normally chew up other CV axles. Though I wouldn't dare think about running one on the 100 due to the bearing type and the splines do not have the same precision fit as OEM.

I did find a set of rebuilt front brake calipers for the Tacoma that came with some big bore banjo bolts. These were quite an improvement. For things like that, I need to examine closely before leaving the store. Depends on the supplier at the moment. I've gone back a year later looking for the same part and found things changed with a different supplier. YYMV.

If I get in a jam on a weekend I can get Intermotor parts on the same day. Though their price is crazy expense and buying from McGeorge or Partsouq will cost less.

So I'm gonna take that interview tomorrow for the Nasa contract gig at Edwards AFB, everyone keeps saying I should at least hear them out and get more info aside from what the initial job posting had. But I'm wondering if I should approach the subject of compensation right off the bat out of respect for their time (and mine), because what they are offering is nowhere near what I can accept.

I haven't interviewed for a job in almost 6 years so I feel a little out of practice
