    It's weird it's been working fine tonight.

    Last night while it was on the fritz I changed out the filter (which was way dirty), and it kept acting up until a few hours into the night. Since then it's been fine. I guess maybe it was the filter and it just took some time to adjust? Idk.
    Been working normally tonight again so far.

    Yeag idk. Probably wasn’t the filter though I didn’t help either. My guess is something lose or the flame sensor is acting weird

    Call PGE. I think they'll do a free inspection (safety issue) at least they used to do it if something was wonky with the pilot or the burner.

    I wouldn't wait though. Bite the bullet and call in a pro. Dad duties bro. Safety first.
