yeah it's technically well over $4 here but I always get gas at Arco, which usually has the cheapest option for brand name gas (without going to some no name place). Actually Costco is less, but I don't want to drive out of my way and wait in a long line just to save a few dollars

It's not so bad when I only fill up a couple times a month. Back when I lived 30 min from work and was filling up every 4 days or so it stung when prices got up there like this.

 

I hear that, there were a couple months where I was spending $600/mo on fuel to go to work and visit the ex before I went to WFH

 

Oof. I don't know if I bothered to track how much it was costing me when it was at its peak, but it was probably similar. Especially because back then I was also driving out to trails every weekend and usually would have to fill up at least once or twice going to/from those places.

As much as I miss it, I am saving some serious gas money lately lol.

 

Me too with not commuting 40 min as well. I love it, would only go back for a reasonable $$ change. I fill up prolly twice a month not including road trips now
