That's how I am now, mostly because we're usually in bed by 10pm. Which for me is still a little too early, I usually toss and turn until about 11 and fall asleep.

My wife on the other hand is out like a light 5 min after deciding to go to bed. Then she'll sleep until like 9am on weekends and I'm wide awake at 7 or so. I don't know how a person can get almost 10+hours of sleep and still go to bed early at the drop of a hat...kind of makes me jealous though. I usually have to take melatonin to help fall asleep

I wish my wife would go to bed early. She has the mentality that if she stays up late her day is longer. But then she gets up at 10am. Lately she has getting up early because of school but still getting only 4 hours of sleep. I cant live my life like that.

Or those days you go to bed at 11pm wake up at 1 am, and then get back home at 10:30pm, and then wake up at 4:30.

    Those are the days

Yeah my wife is the exact opposite haha, if she doesn't get 8 hours minimum she's miserable. I can get through the day fine on 6 hours of sleep, prefer 7 though. Usually why I'm the one to get up with our daughter in the AM around 7.

I used to have a bad habit of staying up too late and having to get up early for work. But sleep is definitely something you learn to appreciate more as you get older.

Speaking of, I slept in my contacts last night which I never do...my eyes hurt like a mofo today

Thats me ALL the time, able to fall asleep anywhere at almost anytime... but I've grown up and lived next to railroad tracks and crossing my entire life so I think that has something to do with it
