    Damn, that must've been painful.

The concept is simple; you're sticking a small tube/needle into a slightly larger tube, your vein.

Get a feel and visual for the vein, by getting the person to stimulate circulation through the arm, and stick the needle into the vein, in the same direction the vein faces.

Unclip the catheter and slide the needle straight back and out.

    Catheter inserted.

    Question for the peanut gallery...

Would you take a job that pays more right now with no chance for promotion or pay increase for at least 5 years... but then after about 5 years you would be part owner of the company and increase your own salary/make big level decisions. Downside to this job is the company is TINY and the market is volatile, however it's been in business for over 20 years

Or would you pick a job that pays less currently but gives very minimal raises each year and has the opportunity to make WAY more than the other job but zero guarantee you'll actually get that opportunity. Plus side is the company is 40 years old in a much less volatile market

I Flippin love that stuff. I started to pan sear the gnocchi after boiling them and it makes it so much better. But then again I'm a fatty and I love fried foods lol

    Option A

But what it really comes down to, which job do you think you would enjoy more?
