Haha no, she's more concerned about sustainability than to be using 1 time wash cloths lol.

I feel guilty with the sheer amount of diapers we toss away, my god there must be a continent somewhere on earth comprised entirely of used baby diapers.

But the gross thought of having to wash out a crapped in re-usable cloth diaper outweighs the guilt

My wife is the same way. She spends more on better quality but buys way less cloths then she did when she was in her 20s.
Looks around 7,000 diapers is the average. That's a shit ton of diapers.

We go through a Costco box at least once a month, probably closer to every 3 weeks. That's 130 diapers per box

Just did the math and by the time she's 2 that will be just over 3,000 diapers, I guess we don't change them as much as we should lol. 7,000 is crazy

I remember there was some law proposal in Vermont to ban disposable diapers. Then I think they were determined to not be so harmful to the environment.

Supposedly it takes a diaper about 500 years to decompose so I dunno, lol. Still not as bad as the plastic bottle waste issue we have as a species. But still.

my insurance wants to use Safelite for windshield replacement. Cool. Except I can't get them on the phone to ask if they will replace with OEM glass or not. Not cool.

The oem has an extra layer that aftermarket does not

If you jump on let me know; I couldn't keep up with Dan and Todd on Valheim, and recently I purchased Breath of the Wild as a time killer.

Still an old school Link/Zelda fan :anonymous:

Safelite will get with third party to offer a cheaper alternative, or a premium "sun and sound" glass. This is beneficial to them as they can still gather business, while working around a customer's insurance plan/deductible.

If I were you, I'd opt to go through a dealer as insurance companies can't force you to go through their approved vendor list. A dealer shouldn't be excluded and normally, you'll pay them while insurance makes said payment to you.
