Same on the living situation. Roommates may have the Rona so instead of going home (been on the road for 2 weeks) I went to a buddy's house and will be there for the foreseeable future barring a miracle today. Which sucks cause I was gonna camp this weekend and can't get any of my shit now

MIL is coming down for all 3 days, trying to get myself mentally prepared for the constant barrage of conversation I'll need to be engaged in. Nicest lady in the world but the woman never stops talking unless she's asleep. Although it will be nice to have someone else to help with our daughter and maybe I can actually get a few truck projects knocked out

Oh and lets not forget the fact that she can't help but do everyone's laundry (mother in her I guess), and every year she shrinks my clothes in the dryer :bananadead: Hard to get upset with someone that is just genuinely trying to help but man, every time I ask her not to...

    Things have been tense here.

my roommate made a huge stink about how much he hates working from home because it's noisy, distracting, and unproductive among other reasons. When his office opened up he was going 4-5x a week for months.

Since I told him I want him to move out at the end of last month he stopped going. I think he has gone like 2-3x total since then.

I've noticed a lot of lazy listings like that lately

I guess it's enough to get people to show up for a showing or open house

I wonder if it's a privacy thing if the house is currently lived in, people not wanting to publicly put up detailed images of their house layout and all that.

thankful our neighbors have likely moved out, havent seen signs of them in weeks. Sick of a younger couple than me and the gf bitching over us being up at 4 am to go to work in medical facilities, and it "ruining their sleep"

Got the word from the bank that Im gonna owe less at closing then initially thought. :burp:
More money to fix some stuff under the house.

As long as the appraisal come back good its gonna be smooth sailing until closing on the 11th.

Was walking through an older neighborhood yesterday - small lots, houses that took up most of the space, and the garage was around the back so there was no car-hole in front. Felt really good, so much more of a neighborhood feel than some of the new communities with the enormous streets and front-of-house garages. Less maintenance too, I bet I could mow that lawn in less than 30 min.
