Ah, he has one of the few fun jobs out there, LOL. I may have met him but I don't interact with the EOD folks much.

Have any of you guys replaced the master cylinder and have problems? I tried replacing mine but a fitting on one of the fixed lines going into the cylinder is messed up and nothing is fitting correctly. I ended up using the new tank on the old cylinder but the line going from the T to the mater cylinder continues leaking. I'm trying to figure out what to replace the line and fittings with but nothing seems to be working. :annoyed:

If a fitting is bad you should just be able to cut it put a new one on the flare the hose.
Or find the part number and buy a new one, unless the threads in the T is bad. Which line is it? Pics?

Its the fitting, but the fixed line is too small to just cut it and put a new fitting on. I have a 3/16 line and M10x1.0 fittings I hope work

It's this one that keeps leaking. Even with the new line and fittings

Okay because that might be my problem and if it still leaks then I'll have to replace the T

You said the fitting was damaged, how was it bad? The t threads might be damaged too then. I think dorman Makes replacement lines already bent to shape

They over torqued the fitting on so the fitting went over the flare. I can bend the lines it's not a problem.

It’s good! It hasn’t been getting as much attention now that I have my black one. Other than being a daily driver lol. But I need to give it some TLC and touch up the paint on the armor and some rust preventative stuff lol
