I ran mine once after I blew an STMaxx sidewall out...I remember it was screaming loud on the highway, but when I got home I saw that the tire shop had put 60 something PSI in it. Sounded normal at 35 psi lol.

Yes. Most of those homes on zillow/etc are sold before they even post on the website. Get with a realtor who can get you access to the MLS search sites.

All are wet locations. Code back in the 90's permitted all of those spots to be on one circuit.

Nowadays you need every circuit to have a GFCI breaker (not outlet) and be AFCI protected as well, and have a surge protector in your breaker panel.

That's a fair point... but none of the other exterior or garage outlets are GFCI protected.

You can have just one GFI on a circuit as long as its the first outlet in the chain. Id bet there's one hiding somewhere. Or somebody added a bunch of stuff and didnt add a GFI.

It's the only GFCI in the house. I think it's option C) builder did not give a fuck. There was a class action lawsuit against the builder

Well a home inspector may ding you for it, but remember youre not obligated to fix anything. In fact, my realtor said a lot of homes are selling for cash and people are waiving the appraisal/inspection. Really stupid, but cool if youre the seller I guess.

We talked about it a lot, and want to once we move into the new house mainly to give Bronx companionship.

Problem is, it's not so much that he's aggressive but he's used to being a single dog so he doesn't do well around high-energy dogs/pups etc. We would want to rescue an older dog but it could take awhile before we find a good fit for him.

LOL.. I actually buy parts from those guys.. It's a good store. They have good prices on kits that seem to have everything you need for a maintenance job.

It keeps you from having to go hunting around for a bunch of little one-off part purchases.

They are migrating to a new website named CruiserTEQ.

I'm not liking that front bumper. Looks like a Dodge bumper but it's got a Cummins so I guess it makes sense.

Yeah Delta VS makes some great parts but they have brodozer styling cues. All their armor is bulky and blocky

Assuming the condenser and evaporator arnt clogged and arnt leaking they're as good as new since it's literally just a chunk of aluminum that dissapates or absorbes heat as refrigerant flows through them right?

I'm getting a new denso compressor and expansion valve, replacing all the seals I see while in there doing that
