Well I feel dumb. AC guy came out and found a duct that had slipped off a register box under the house. That fixed a good part of my problem with it running non stop. Well it still runs a lot more than it should even after that. I poke my head up in the attic and see that probably a third of the house has zero insulation. Also a good amount missing under the floor. Guess I know what Im doing this weekend.

I know that company can't figure out how to make an AC compressor I'm going to guess the radiators aren't too much better I've never had a Tacoma that still had one

They might just rust anyway because they're cheap American plugs and don't have any nickel coating. These cheapo plugs are the reason why most people feel the need to slather their spark plugs in anti-seize

It just hit me, we sold my grandpa's 2 acres for 70k cash outside of city limits.... I though Texas was supposed to be cheap

The county appraised it at 70 it sold for 70 a week after putting a for sale sign up

Not bad per acre, but the total isn't what you'd call budget friendly.

But also not easy to find property in Ferndale

Eh. 300k out of the old one before it sprung a leak. They seemed to be of ok quality.

Aluminum is all I’ll run in the trucks now though. The tundras rad has been wonderful (until you lean on it hot)

I haven't heard much lately about the aluminum ones for our trucks. I remember a few people here had some issues but I think that was with some early ones.

My first house had zero insulation in the walls. I had never heard of such a thing. It only had a little bit of blown in the attack.

There are a number of 100 owners on Mud who have all started switching to Morimoto aluminum. It was a little late for me to make that switch. Remembering some of the aluminum issues that we've seen here, I was initially hesitant.
