For sure, that's one benefit of a carb, 100* drop in temps across it because of the latent heat of vaporization from the fuel spray.

But just to be double sure I got this for it too...

    Fuck yeah.

About fell in love with Dan's custom radiator when he posted it.

This one isn't as fancy as Dan's, it's a 4 row all aluminum replacement, so probably better than a 4 row brass from back in the day which was already okay for a 454. So hopefully I can get away with it for a while before I have to have a more purpose built rad.

Back at work after 6 work days off, feels weird. Don't remember the last time I took that many days off

Really don't want to go through all the crap the other guy did while I was gone, I'm sure I'm going to have to tweak all of it

Could've sublet your work to us; your employer would've received rather interesting results :burp:

Some of us may have lightroom, or photoshop, and the rest would've dabbled with MS Paint even.

He's a 'pinky out' kind of guy.

I'll go back to my MS Paint after I'm done with this round of Minesweeper :burp:

Have any of you dealt with getting Moog lifetime warranty parts covered through Summit racing?

Summit is substantially cheaper than Advance auto

    Interesting thing I noticed.

2-3 new threads popped up in the last 24-48 hours.

Each thread in either the 2nd Gen or 3rd Gen section.

Their threads, even though they're listed in an automotive section, are asking about camping for beginners.

We're getting more and more waves of these new 'I want to be outdoorsy' types of people.

I guess it's better they ask on the forums rather than figuring it out in the worst way themselves; people can suggest to them what's proper etiquette, pack in/pack out, etc.

Not surprised with how many more Jeeps and Tacomas I see on the roads around here, every time I do make it up to the mountains there's a shit ton more people up there than there was before covid on any given weekend.

Its kind of odd when you think about it, on one hand you hear about how covid really hurt a lot of people economically/financially, then on the other hand it seems like there are more people than ever spending big bucks on recreational shit like never before.

I just want to buy my own active volcano and live on it and never come down

Yeah, everywhere I go there are more people than there were some years ago.

Even when I last went backpacking, there were tons of people on the hiking trails, yet I was the only one with a pack ready to camp (the hike trails intersect with the longer trails meant for backpacking).

As for the financial hardship part? I think it's laughable.

Those making less than a desired amount, are getting tons of help via the gubment with stimulus checks and so forth.

Those making too much to receive said help, have a well enough paying job that either they have some sort of nest egg, and/or are still working and make enough to be unaffected by the crisis.

That's just my small point of view at least.
