I feel that, I've got an FB, but don't post only use it for browsing marketplace since it's far more active than craigslist these days

Yeah I have heard that marketplace is better these days than CL.

    It most definitely is.

The downside to that is the constant

Better is a poor word to describe it. The people on there are somehow worse most of the time. But there's more opportunities to find stuff since it's active with people most of the time (lots of folks on FB regularly)

I'll just stick to CL where there is less opportunity and you get to deal with the posts people leave up after something has sold or just flat out never reply. I used OfferUp a few times before the pandemic and it was fine, not a ton there but at least people responded quickly.

So with that in mind, I had been in constant communication with this buyer for my 4R. He kept asking when can I sell it when can I sell it etc.

I've had more trouble BUYING a Landcruiser than SELLING my 4R.

I'm keeping the 4R until more LC's appear and I can get ahold of a seller that is actually in the mood to sell their vehicle.

That's a bummer to have someone ready to pay you but you're stuck. Too bad you don't have a second car or a loaner.
Have you joined or looked on Mud classifieds? Hell I found my 1st gen on eBay.

I don't have any room to mount such foolishness on the body.

Though it does remind me of when I was a kid and there would be some people with a Country Squire station wagon who traveled to a lot of states. They would have stickers on the rear side windows of places like The Royal Gorge - Grand Canyon - Yellowstone -- all that.

If that one in Anaheim moves forward I can swing over there and check it out for you, only about 30/45 min away.

I haven't looked *enough* to be honest, outside of FB or CL.

Too busy packing my storage; in fact I'm unpacking and throwing some stuff away from the wife's storage tomorrow.

    Getting ready for that move!

    @Abeyancer

Just confirming one more time; you need me to take *your* stuff to my wife's storage in Sanger right?

Cause I have most everything sans an OEM CV axle at my apartment.

Got a tire balance and alignment, what a world of difference

Granted they tore the rack boot which gives them an opportunity to realign it after I tighten the rack guide because it developed a whiff of play after all those miles of my tires bouncing like basket balls

Didn't the last place you went to tear the rack boot as well?

I'm willing to let it pass because these guys ballanced my tires and aligned my truck better than anyone in the past has... ever

Not even my dad's frontier with 70 miles on it was this smooth

The alignment was done with some circa 1940s era equipment and not a digital rack so that's good because all the dust in the air where I'm from fucks up the reading from the deals they put on the tires... I hypothesize

Don't you have to disconnect the tie rods to replace those ITRE boots? Don't want shit to get in there and ruin the seals on the rack
