What sucks was the lack of response to my inquiries on several vehicles.

Same story with the shitbox f150s I inquire about cause I want a single cab 8ft bed obs ford with an i6 and a manual trans

But no one who speaks Spanish will respond to an inquiry written in english

 

I never understand why people post shit and then not reply. If you already sold it then delete the fucking add.

Steph and I just got done unloading part of her storage and taking it to the dump this morning; it was about 105 by 1.

I honestly think a lot of people are only half heartedly trying to sell because the market is hot. Then they start getting hit up with a flood of inquiries/offers and get cold feet

Or just "trying to gauge interest "

 

My buyer had been waiting for almost 3 weeks, cash in hand, and all I was trying to do was find the right vehicle to replace it with.

At least I know what someone is willing to pay, as well as what the majority of people that inquired.

The number on my rig seems to be between 12-14.

Once this frenzy dies down a bit, I'm sure it'll be closer to 10.

 

That's a pretty sweet offer honestly, sucks the LC interests didn't pan out but once the craziness dies down I bet their prices go down a bit too

 

I agree with you @eon_blue its more of lets see what my stuff is worth or my wife is making me sell it and @Kwikvette it seems like you are pretty upfront with the guy you were looking to sell to.
I was looking at a parts T4R the guy had it on CL and FBMP and on top of that I new a friend of his. He never sold it and its just rotting away in his yard. Why make that effort and not fallow through. Just a pet peeve of mine.

 

Might be a good thing in the long run though. You would be starting from scratch with a new truck again, which no matter what a seller says, usually come with some surprises.
(Just add that DD Subie to the driveway, bases covered )

 

Man they shut down a major freeway here today when I had to drive across LA with my dad to pick up some new furniture they're taking with them. Sat in 3 hours of weekend LA traffic in a 20ft U-Haul all afternoon, I need a drink

Did a ton of yardwork today. Super tired and dont feel like cooking. Sad part is a few hours worth of work barely made a scratch in the to do list.

 

My sister made out big time, my dad and his wife got rid of most of their furniture from the house they sold and gave it to her. Had to pack up his place and then unload it at hers across town

We've got no room for that stuff so we got all their outdoor plants instead, I'm pretty stoked about having a lemon tree now tho tbh. Free lemons fuck yeah

Then I'll go make me some lemonade
