What I had planned were 12" shocks, outboard, and figuring out the right coil to pair with for travel and load handling.

 

My hydro assist hoses just showed up. I'm excited to get this shit installed.

Its amazing how much energy has come back in the last week since knowing my roommate was going to be gone.

 

I aught to cut and weld the steering res too. The extra fluid capacity would be helpful

ha, good question. I'm not sure ATM. Kind of been a mess dealing with roommate stuff and not planning more than a few days ahead. I still need to go to Seattle and need to nail down that date..


My buddy was supposed to come out at the end of August for a weekend in CO and a couple days in Moab but just broke up with his GF. He may still come out for a couple days and we might still hit moab since the AirBNB is not refundable. I'm not sure if I'll take the crawler out for that... depends on if it has parking and if my shit is put together

 

Shit...him getting out would just make things to deal with that much better, at least for most of us it would.

I miss Moab for sure; the weather was never too hot or too cold, and even though we camped in a bare location, it was better than some areas where I'm at where you get a ton of biting flies/etc.

Hopefully your crawler is done so you can hit the trails. Must be a huge relief to be able to work on stuff, leave things out, and not worry about anyone messing with shit.
