What's the best way to quit a job that fucking sucks?

I've already got another job lined up at a place that primarily installs suspention lifts and light bars that pays more, has benefits, holidays, vacation, bonuses, free Gatorades, pays for lunch etc.

You're young enough to just stop showing up  Ideally you just turn in a two weeks notice. That way when you list them as a previous employer there isn't any negative remarks of how you left the job.

Depending on the employer, leaving on a sour note might not matter. For legal/liability reasons, some places will only confirm past employment; not give any subjective review of the employee.

But yeah, the decent way is to give verbal two weeks notice, immediately followed by written notice.

General rule of thumb, don't be a dick unless its unquestionably warranted; give your two weeks or if you want out asap and they're cool about it, give em a one week.
I never thought I'd read, "Free Gatorades," as a job perk though haha.

When I worked at the local butcher shop/market as a kid, the owner would let us just grab drinks out of the refrigerated sections whenever we wanted. Don't know how I lived through all that sugar and caffeine, plus all the free steaks and sandwiches. Probably be dead if I worked there another few years.

There's a local guy here who will teach anyone who wants to learn to drive stick on his truck...all he asks for is Glacier Freeze Gatorades.

People are weird. Nice of him though, does it on weekends in a big stadium lot. Must have a garage full of those damn things.

And a couple refrigerators with select body parts in them that he gently moves aside to grab one of those sweet sweet Glacier Freezes.

Suppodedly AHS is going to do a season about Jeffrey Dahmer, that should be a good one (hopefully).

That show is very hit/miss, couple of really good seasons and a few pretty bad ones.

I haven't seen a season that I liked as much as the first.
