@Wulf I Flippin hate these type of stickers! I always have issues with the letters sticking to the transfer paper unless they're brand new from the vinyl cutter20210914_094054.jpg

Oh yeah, that paper stuff becomes like fly paper if you don't use it relatively quickly. It definitely is a pain

bitch to your vendor, they can probably use a less tacky vinyl transfer tape

Good to know! I'll plant a bug in the owners ear about that

When I'm in charge of my own shop in the next 2 years I will for sure bitch to my new vendor lol. I currently don't have that kind of authority but will have relatively full control of that kinda thing after the owner retires and leaves the companies day to day to his daughter (running the books) my boss/slash future partner (running west coast facility) and me+wifey(running east coast facility)

Yeah it's super easy. Just like the diffs. Loosen the fill plug first so you don't drain it only to discover that you have a stripped fill plug or something.

I think the last time I did it I also removed the shifter and filled from there instead of messing with one of those transfer pumps

I think the recommended interval is something like that, yeah. I usually do mine around 30k, at least back when I was wheeling a lot more. Just to be safe...water crossings and lots of off-road miles and all that.
