70s are done for us now, only cool and cold until april

 

My only solace is that at least the mountains will be cold out here through about April. Gotta get above 6k feet to feel any lasting seasonal change around here.

 

Well it is SoCal

 

I know, I still hold out hope every year for that one Fall/Winter like we had in 1997 when El Nino hit. Rained nearly every day, caused absolute mayhem of course but still.

 

Got home, mother in law got me a Dutch Bros gift card

 

If it's any consolation todays high here is 89 with darkness expected shortly after dusk bringing lows in 50s.
Dawn will bring Severe winds and Thunderstorms tomorrow.
High in low 60s low in high 50s
Tidal flooding is low to moderate with only 2 foot of water predicted on low lying roads.

 

Guess we're all in similar boats. It's been in the low 70s the last week.

 

Drove past a mower on the shoulder and it threw rocks threw my paint and left dents in the door

Uhhhh primer and the nail polish touch up time I guess

 

At the park with my daughter and there's a bunch of 7/8 year olds dressed up like the soldiers in Squid Game and playing the red light green light game, pretending to execute the losers lol. Who the hell let's an 8 year old watch that show
