On that note, I've enjoyed this huge empty office (two, actually) to myself for the last 2 years but the company is hiring a bunch of people they're going to put in here starting early next year. Was fun while it lasted

So before I go googling anything, let me ask here first.

What's the best way to "seal" a driveway, something I can possibly DIY?

My shitbox will take the driveway, her car will take half the garage.

I'd like to keep the driveway as easy to clean up as possible when my shit leaks, or I spill stuff (which will happen) working on vehicles.

    Time to mark your territory.

Beat someone up the first day.

    Establish dominance.

It'll be interesting to see how long they last, there are no windows in this part of the building. They need to be vampires to make it 6+ years in here like me.

I've never done a driveway seal. I've thought about staining it though but haven't yet.

Just give the entire driveway a nice coat of gear oil right off the bat and be done with it

I'm going 13 years of indoors & no widows here at work. During the Winter I don't get to see the sun unless I go out for lunch. May as well be working in an underground mine.

Yeah same here. During Fall/winter I'll go outside a few times a day and walk around, eat lunch or whatever. During the hotter parts of the year though, I get in at 9ish and don't go outside again until 5pm. Which is fine with me because fuck the heat.

So...don't replace my cv axle seal and just use a push broom to spread it evenly :burp:

Might look good, if you do the entire driveway I mean. Give it that wet concrete look year round

My last office was windowless, and I refused to use the overhead lights. It was my cave, and it was awesome.

I used the polycuramine Rustoleum Rock Solid stuff in my garage and have been happy with it. For driveway, look at ghost shield.
