dude, i have a bare frame.. i should just build a jig and start selling frames ready for SAS

 

i took a few days... because of the asshole that did my frame.

 

I do well with a SC 4cyl, 33s, and 4.10. So well in fact I can still easily do 80 or more on the highway when loaded with camping gear. But I would love to have 4.88 with the 33s, and when I finally get around to 35s I'll go to 5.29

You should, but you'd have to cut off almost all of the front cause when people SAS these things without making the fame kickup more they end up stupid tall to clear the dumb IFS frame

if you want to we need a mod day and you can probably get us access to a car lift to make it easier lol. I'll buy you a steak dinner if you help me with the LT

 

all i'd need to do is make the jug for the main rails.. front crossmember can be completely custom

Yeah my truck is just fine on the road, on pavement I'd never worry about changing, it just kills the crawl ratio offroad. If 4.7 case gears were an option I'd do that before regearing

 

i dont know if they'll let me get away with using a rack at work after the last train wreak. (its actually still on the rack 3 weeks later) i can help if need be though... (also you can hit me up for parts..) shipping isnt an issue if you can make a little drive

I don't have any real issue with crawling, I've got a good clutch foot haha. 5.29s will help though, it isn't my daily so it doesnt really matter

 

I think part of my problem is what we were talking about that i never bench bled my clutch master. Sometimes my clutch is perfect and I have no problems, other times I have way less engagement area in the pedal. Yes I'm lazy and I haven't fixed it
