Its the worst. I hate getting off work and having it be dark already. Bleh.

PIcked up one of those light therapy lamps thats supposed to help with SAD. Gonna give it a shot since getting out with any kind of regularity is such a pain.

My last 3 semesters were like 50% online, it was great. Slept in to 10-11am every day. Not much has changed tbf lol

 

Last year was 100% online, This years been normal.

I feel super worthless if I sleep in too long

so I feel worthless a lot

maybe I have a problem

 

As long as I get shit done that day, not a problem. It's if I'm relaxing or stay in bed all day that I feel worthless and unproductive. I go to bed at like 2am so don't discount that timeframe too haha
