I just worry from my last house buying experience where the 3-4 credit bureaus returned different scores, then ofc it drops after a new loan is established, then you need the margin for any up front repairs/expenses (potentially additional line of credit or loan), so it'd be good in my book to be at least 50 points above excellent (780 or whatever), so you stay excellent after everything

Even then, it's only 2 inquiries for each bureau (or however many bureaus they pull of the 3).

One for the initial ability to purchase, and once for when you close.

Your mortgage wouldn't appear until 60 days or so after you've purchased said home.

So you'll have plenty of time to hit up Home Depot, and rack up your card to buy all the shit you need, including a Milwaukee tool or two I've been eyeballing

On another note, my #OverlandPatagoniaRulesDOGDAD case should arrive today.

I just hate that the bolts Sherpa sent with the mounts are metric head. Their other stuff uses allen, and though neither will deter a thief, it's much easier getting a metric head bolt off.

I'll need to hit up Home Depot for longer length allen (or security) bolts as my current allen head aren't long enough.
