do you want validation from yourself for doing the right thing?

do you want validation from thinking you made money?

do you want validation from strangers thinking you made money?

    But I don't wanna

Really I should, but I punish myself instead.

I'm wanting to move my cross bars to where they're ready to accept the case for when we head out.

Won't have much time during the week.

My ego, barely. Plenty of room for my remaining sanity though.

It's 83L, measured at what...6 inches in height, 43 or so inches in length, and 15 inches in depth?

That's really a bad estimate as I'm outside and telling myself to relax, and I'm putting that off even.

I have Front Runner cases, stackable, that I carry my sleeping and kitchen stuff in.

Everything I need easily fits in the back, but there are times I need to have a backpack or two in the back seat.

When Bronx comes with us, that makes it impossible basically so this case will hold sleeping/kitchen/essentials to eliminate the use of the Front Runner cases.

Ah that makes sense, gotta get some external storage. When I toss the tent on the LC I can't use the roof, so I need to finish my swingout.

Also, I hate FedEx, shipping anything out of CA is a nightmare

That swingout is gonna be bitching for sure, can't wait to see it.

The space in the 80 series is what drew me to it in the first place, tied with it being solid axle.

At this point, I'm just trying to make due with what I have (comfortably) as Stephanie loves planning multiple camping trips at a time; I'm not complaining. It's just different since it used to be just me, and now it's 3 of us.

That is a huge plus, I'm just horrible at packing mine because I'm used to packing a pickup bed. If I planned to use the LC more for camping I'd put some money into doing it nicer and get organizing and committed. But I'm really looking forward to getting the tacoma back to normal and using it again. The SUV presents more challenges to camping for me, tent is harder to pack and unpack due to roof height and internal organizing is tougher.
