I would never find parking at my school during Football games, so I'd park on the dirt mound where all the other pickup trucks park.

It's funny one time I was feeling cocky and wanted to use 4LO pulling out. As I hit reverse, I was surprised how loud the engine was and how much the truck was struggling. It slid until I hit the railroad tie dividers at the bottom and the truck wouldn't move anymore.

I left the fucking parking brake on.

Oh, and the truck wouldn't start after that. I was blocking the only exit. My stupid transmission linkage decided to crap on me at the last moment. I unlocked the hubs and forced it into neutral, and pushed it off the hill.

Hell no, I did it all the time in 2WD. In fact in that picture the truck still has my old alloys, way before my 4WD conversion.

I just wanted to try it because it's the only dirt I could find around me.

I'm kidding. It's mostly pointless on modern cars with all the computers on them. The mouth of the snorkel goes way above any computer components you have, and the intake on our trucks are basically parallel with the ECU in the fender anyway.

I like them, I use them all the time. I used to have to throw the truck into park at a stoplight, and hurl my torso at the passenger side while furiously cranking the crank window and adjusting the mirror before the light turned Green.

I'm glad I put in power locks, windows, and mirrors.

A street truck with a snorkel... now that would be a sight.

Nahhh I'm putting it on the E320.

I bought 4Runner mirrors with heating element in them to install so they wouldn't fog up in the winter, even ordered a JDM toyota mirror switch that had the power folding mirror button I can use to activate the heating element timer. Never installed them.

Just realized I have loads of unedited wheeling footage, found a clip of me getting winched up a waterfall in a running stream haha. Need to finish blurring plates and such though and I'm real lazy

    I don’t think I’d use them here...

A couple buddies of mine request that I do it, I personally don't care much one way or the other and find it pretty annoying, half the reason I don't like editing photos.

Blurring a plate in a photo is easy but time consuming when you have 300+ photos, it doesn't distract from the pic though. Video footage is a real pita, rendering time to blur is larger than just cutting footage and you have to track the plate with the blur since it moves. I don't like to overlap much because then it takes from the video.
