    Huh, I never thought of that.... I don't think it would be rigid enough, these are good for 6.5lbs each and are quite squishy

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    I'd think it is about as dangerous as leaf springs usually are TBH, cool part here is, if the leaf gives up the axle is still retained with links and the frame and axle will rest on the bumpstop while still remaining attached. You could potentially drive it with no springs in a life or death situation

    It's less Tacoma and more mod
    I think it just isn't super flashy and no one makes kits really... It's still popular with hotrodders since you can really slam a vehicle pretty easily with a similar setup. The packaging is the most appealing part of it

    I slateher everything in a layer of dielectric grease

    After I dunked my Tacoma in the water I took apart all the trucks electronics and to my amazement Toyota coated everything important in a layer of mayonnaise like dielectric grease

    So I followed suit from than on on everything I cared about
