I'll have to remember that! The missus usually can't get enough spice so I'll look into Anaheim (I don't do spicy so well so I'll try not to kill myself)

Anaheim aren't always spicy but they are definitely yummy. Same with Poblano. I put 2 Anaheim in and it's like. 3/10 spicy

I usually just buy what's on sale

Poblano I can handle, as far as a straight pepper goes I love the combo of spicy and flavor for my delicate palete lol. I'll eat jalapeños but not normally fresh ones, just the little junks in salsa or 1 sliver for a slice of pizza.



But horseradish and Wasabi? I'll eat the shit outta that.. different kinda burn is the only thing I can figure

I work right by a penske exclusive repair shop, so I know the feels.

 

We do Anaheim peppers baked and stuffed with pepper jack cheese once in awhile, so good. I wouldn't call them spicy either
