Feel bad for our family computer chair when my siblings and I were all teenagers, no wonder my dad replaced it like 5 times in a few years

Somebody caved in one of our community's walls the other day and disappeared. I go over there to look, and there's a red Ford Explorer with a bumper dent a the exact height as the center of the wall cavity parked in the opposing driveway. "There's no way we could have done that" was their response to our HOA manager.

So instead of just fessing up and letting their insurance take care of it, the community is going to be spending about $2,500 out of our pockets to fix their mistake. People (renters especially) suck.
