The Ranger shell is 75”, and the Tacoma bed is 74.5”.

I hope he just rounded up. This will be absolutely perfect if it all works out.

That would be sweet for storage, or even mini overlander

That’s what I’m thinking. Business during the day, party during the night.

An easy removable sleeping platform and modular gear racks or shelving and that could be really awesome

S-10 or S-15 Chevy or GMC trucks have the same bed demension as our 1st gens. The only issue will be the front if the cab won't match the back of the cab.

Who gives a shit as long as the cap is lockable and keeps thing reasonably dry.

You should be able to find a used cap for around $200 or less.

    Lol.

I was tagged 10+ pages ago several times. I'm not even gonna attempt to respond.

I do appreciate the tags, just don't have time to respond.

I'm up salmon fishing for the next 8 days.

Catching these things is a riot!

Helped a dnr agent when I went to alaska, he needed some for eggs and sperm. Grabbed a bed sheet and 2 tent poles and we caught 10 at a time. Was like walking on salmon rather than rocks lol
